Detroit Chassis
Detroit Chassis assembles complete chassis systems for a range of vehicles, from large motor homes and buses, to smaller electric and conventionally-powered vehicles.

From a large, modern and flexible manufacturing facility in Detroit, the company has become exceptionally proficient at building complex major subassemblies, from engines to wheel-and-axle systems, bringing them together into finished vehicles. Detroit Chassis is ISO-9001 and QS-9000 certified, with an annual capacity for 90,000 vehicle builds.

Since 1999, Detroit Chassis has produced the Ford F-53 motor home chassis. The facility has also produced the chassis for a U.S. Postal Service vehicle, a school bus and Ford’s Think Neighbor electric low-speed vehicle.

Abel Construction Company
Founded in 1938, Abel Construction Company has grown from a small concrete contracting company into one of the southeast’s largest general contractors.
